Since graduating from university in 2020 I have been putting what I have learnt into practice and build and expand my profile as an actor. To date this has involved developing my understanding of start-up theatre and film companies, expanding and enriching my network and connections and taking online and at home training to enhance and hone my acting skills.

Post graduate life began with compiling professionally taken photos in the form of a portfolio; one for acting and one for modelling. I also began setting and completing self tape challenges and even began filming my own individual short scenes. In 2021 I joined the National Youth Film Academy as an actor and have undertaken in person workshops with EastEnders actors as well as online masterclasses and FilmTalks sessions, most notably with Sir Ian McKellen. And in 2022 I attended my city`s first film festival before then achieving my main goal for the year and signed as an actor with Alan Hamilton Management.

I am very aware however that there is never a time to be complacent, especially with the momentum I now have behind me. Heading into the next phase of my life I very much intend to take with me my previous successes and developments and work with my new friends and contacts to further myself as an actor and person and take my career to new levels.

My immediate plan, while continuing to audition and network, is to undertake screen combat and accent courses to develop new skills and better understand and immerse myself in the business world of acting to increase my understanding of how it works and my skillset to navigate it.

I am intent on opening new doors of opportunity and beginning new journeys and will do this by building upon each step I have taken until now.
